AM Groups was founded by Ahmed Moawad — a native Arabic speaker with professional English and more than ten years in the building trades across Canada, now based in Vancouver. He knows houses from the inside out, and he knows what it means to manage life between the Gulf and Canada.
AM Groups is a new business, and we are straightforward about that. We are welcoming our founding clients now and building a trusted partner network across the Gulf — which means our first clients get the founder's personal attention on every visit, every report and every request. Not directly. Rental and tenancy management is arranged through a licensed BC brokerage until the founder's own BC rental property manager licence is complete. Our property care and concierge services run alongside that arrangement.
Every plan is quoted after a walkthrough of your property, because every home and every owner needs something different. There are no fixed price lists — you receive a clear quote before any work begins.
After every visit you receive a report with photos and video, and you can reach Ahmed directly at any time — in English or Arabic.
